Introducing LibreRobotics

LibreRobotics is an open runtime infrastructure initiative for robotics systems.

LibreRobotics focuses on the foundation layer beneath robot applications and hardware products.

The project is being shaped around runtime infrastructure, middleware, device gateway patterns, interfaces, and simulation-connected execution. The goal is to make robotics systems easier to compose, test, deploy, and evolve without binding every project to a single simulator, SDK, or hardware stack.

Runtime infrastructure first

LibreRobotics is not a robot manufacturer and not a robot application marketplace. It is intended to provide shared runtime foundations that can support commercial robots, research systems, simulation environments, and developer-built platforms.
